How long does it take for my order to process and ship?
We try to get your order processed as soon as we can but depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
How do I make a return if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Orders can be returned anytime throughout the 30 days! We provide a full refund and it will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on the region you live in.
